Summary: AMAZING!
This is AMAZING! It juiced the lemons (after peeling tough skin) within a few seconds! I was SHOCKED at how fast and efficient this works! It is a breeze to clean too! Be careful though, the blades are razor sharp.
I ordered this based on review and couldn't be happier with this purchase.
I have a few other Breville products and find them all to be superior.

Summary: you get what you pay for
Okay. This is my first juicer. I read many reviews and comments about various juicers and thought this would be a great one. But it seems like the good reviews must be written by Breville employees. So, here is my meticulous assessment . . . Not very good. Okay the motor is powerful but a good juicer needs more than that. I experimented with 1 apple, 1 carrot, celery, spinach, kale, ginger. Not too much stuff. As I put things in the spout, the leafy scraps were flying out the spout. Then, although I had carefully fitted the pitcher's cover against the spout, it began leaking (see my photos under product photos). Carrot apple spinach, etc. all over the counter. I almost threw the thing back in the box. But instead I cleaned it and tried again, BUT, I put a folded paper grocery bag under the pitcher so it was SNUGLY fitted against the spout. Voila, no leaks. But, guess what. Because this model has no waste extractor, I juiced 2 apples, 2 carrots, 1 celery, little kale, spinach and the pulp section was almost filled. I got almost 2 cups of juice and the pulp section was almost full.
Cleanup was moderately easy but I am sending the unit back and will spend the $100+ to buy a REAL juicer.

Summary: Best Juicer Ever, Easy To Clean
Best juicer ever, worth every penny. A snap to clean and easy to use. Juices huge carrots without hand cutting or slicing. Not a single problem with any fruit or vegetable. We read many reviews and decided to buy this one. Glad we did. Buy this juicer with no worries.

This is our first juicer and I bought it after reading all of the positive reviews. I think it is helpful to have others opinions of something when you are trying it for the first time. This juicer works very well and we are happy with it.
